Meet Jade.

I know trauma both professionally and personally. This work was not born from theory alone—it was built through surviving, questioning, healing and choosing to create something different.

My story includes complex PTSD, anxiety and depression since childhood, care experience, destructive coping strategies, single motherhood, recovery and spiritual awakening. It also includes laughter, ambition, purpose and the stubborn belief that what happened to us does not have to become the limit of our lives.

Lived experience meets professional practice

Honesty, evidence and spiritual curiosity.

My Story+

I have lived with anxiety, depression and complex PTSD since childhood. I grew up in care, became a single mother and spent years relying on coping strategies that helped me survive but did not help me feel free.

At my lowest, I believed I was broken. I had not yet connected how I felt with what I had experienced. Recovery and spiritual awakening changed the questions I was asking. I began learning about trauma, the nervous system and intergenerational patterns—and slowly, my life began to make sense.

I realised I wanted more than survival: experiences that felt alive, growth that was rooted in self-trust and a life that contributed something meaningful. I wanted to heal for myself, my daughter and the generations that follow.

My Professional Journey+

I began working with children and young people at 17, while I was still in care and living in supported accommodation. The people who supported me helped me see possibility in my own life, and inspired me to offer that same belief to young people like me. More than 20 years later, that commitment remains.

I hold a degree in Youth and Community Work from the University of Greenwich and have worked across education, youth services and children’s services. My experience includes safeguarding, trauma-informed practice and supporting children and families carrying significant levels of trauma.

That work has taught me something simple and lasting: getting through the danger matters, but what happens afterwards matters too. Children need healing. Parents need support. Communities need connection.

What I Believe+

I believe healing is both deeply personal and powerfully collective. It takes a community to raise healthy children, support healthy families and build healthy communities.

Cycles can be interrupted. With awareness, compassionate support and practical tools, we can understand what shaped us without allowing it to decide what comes next. We can learn healthier ways to cope, reconnect with ourselves and create safer, more loving lives for the generations that follow.

Why I Created This Space+

333 Soul is more than a website. It is the beginning of a healing ecosystem—and, I hope, a movement.

I created it for people who have spent years carrying pain, caring for everyone else or simply trying to survive. This mission matters to my heart, my health, my daughter, my family and the world I want future generations to inherit.

Healing one person can change far more than one life. It can transform relationships, interrupt generational cycles and create a ripple that reaches people we may never meet.
